RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY . . .

Although tropical storm Josephine never made it to hurricane status, it still left lots of flooding in its wake. At Mount Trashmore, above, Lake Windsor overflowed it banks Tuesday morning. At the beach, Scott Perkins, right, used a shovel to try and clear storm drains at the intersection of 25th Street and Arctic Avenue.
