Anne Christine Patragas, 40, of the 1400 block of Laurel Ave., went to be with her Lord Oct. 15, 1996, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
She was a Norfolk native and a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral. She was predeceased by her father, Nicholas M. Patragas.
She leaves behind her beloved mother and dad, Georgia and Anthony Karalis; sisters, Vicki Marple, Maria Patragas and Francine Karalis; a brother, George A. Karalis; her fiance, Joseph Smith; aunts, uncles, four nieces, four godchildren, loving cousins, three stepsons and a host of friends whose lives were touched by her special love. We will miss her and always keep her memory in our hearts.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral by Fr. Constantine P. Rogakos and Fr. Demetrios N. Kehagias. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is in charge. There will be a Trisagion service at the funeral home at 7 p.m. today where the family will remain until 9 p.m. to receive friends.
