In addition to the Olde Towne Ghost Walk on Friday, the first-ever ``Halloween History Tour'' on Saturday through Cedar Grove Cemetery and the ``Very Special Halloween'' party Saturday outside the Children's Museum of Virginia - all three of which are detailed in today's Currents cover story package - there are a number of other Halloween events in Portsmouth to enjoy:
COLEMAN'S HAUNTED HOUSE: Coleman Nursery, 4934 High St. W., has turned its country store into a Halloween Haunted House, which is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through Halloween for a 25-cent donation. Each child receives a Halloween treat. Call 484-3426 for information.
DOWNTOWN EVENTS: The following events are planned to coincide with the Olde Towne Ghost Walk:
The Episcopal Church Women of Trinity Episcopal Church, 500 Court St., will sponsor their Fall Fest '96 Country Store Bazaar from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 25.
Chicken salad, ham biscuits and apple cobbler will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Chili, hot dogs and barbecue will be served from 5 to 8 p.m. Takeout service will be offered, and a sidewalk vendor will be available for Ghost Walk participants.
The bazaar also will feature a country store, Christmas shop, bakery, country kitchen, pantry shelf, needlework, cookbooks and other items.
A free gothic organ concert will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church to entertain those waiting in line for the Ghost Walk. Organist and choirmaster James Derr will perform works that are associated with Halloween and horror movies, including music from Andrew Lloyd Weber's ``Phantom of the Opera.'' The concerts begin at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Call 393-0431 for information.
Pfeiffer's Books, Cards & Fine Wines, 434 High St., will hold a wine tasting featuring Virginia's Horton Winery from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 25. Tickets are $5 in advance, $6 at the door. Costumes are optional. Call 397-BOOK for information.
HALLOWEEN BASH: Maryview Medical Center and Chesapeake General Hospital are co-sponsoring a ``Halloween Bash'' to benefit the American Cancer Society from 7 to 10 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Khedive Temple-Greenbrier, 645 Woodlake Dr. in Chesapeake.
There will be live entertainment by Joe Maniscalco and the Two Can Jam Band. There also will be both a silent and live auction, with all proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

HAUNTED HOLES OF GOLF: ``Nine Haunted Holes of Night Light Golf,'' a nighttime golf tournament benefiting the Salvation Army, will be played at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at Portsmouth City Park.
Each player will receive one night-light golf ball for the competition, made up of two-man teams playing captain's choice. Each player is limited to three clubs in addition to a putter. Teams may not share clubs. There will be special divisions for seniors and male/female teams.
The tournament will be post-flighted. Established handicaps are not necessary. The $25 per person entry fee includes nine holes of golf, one lighted golf ball, on-course refreshments, trophies, door prizes and a cookout.

HALLOWEEN AT TRINITY: Trinity Episcopal Church, 500 Court St., will hold a Halloween service for children at 5 p.m. Oct. 31. Children are encouraged to come in costume. After a brief discussion of the origin of Halloween, the children will participate in guided trick or treating to the nearby homes of Trinity parishoners. Call 393-0431 for information.
HALLOWEEN AT THE MALLS: Tower Mall will distribute a free bag of candy to the first 250 children to come to the mall's information booth after 6 p.m. Oct. 31. Call 488-4453 for information.
Chesapeake Square Mall will hold trick or treating from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31. A costume contest will be held at 7 p.m. Prizes for first-, second- and third-place winners will be awarded in four age categories: 5 and under, 6 to 11, 12 to 16, and 17 to adult.
