The College of Albemarle's Board of Trustees unanimously voted to name the primary new building to be constructed at COA's Dare County Campus the ``Diane Baum St. Clair Technology Education Center'' in recognition of her generous support of the Manteo campus.
St. Clair, a resident of Kill Devil, recently committed $300,000 to be used for the new building.
Her donation was the largest cash gift in the history of the COA Foundation.
She has contributed more than $500,000 to the COA Foundation over the last six years. by CNB
