BAD MANNERS AT FORUM

For many years, the Norfolk Forum has been the epitome of culture and class to the people of Norfolk.

On Oct. 2, in Chrysler Hall, the display of the few who came early to tie up rows and rows of seats for late-coming friends was a complete affront to both culture and class. This must stop.
