Willis Holcomb Wills Jr., 86, of the 5500 block of Alson Drive , died Oct. 19, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mr. Wills was born in Lynchburg, Va., and spent most of his life in Norfolk where he retired after 25 years with the City Treasurer's Office.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Taylor Wills; a stepdaughter, Carole Baker Crawford of Newport News; a stepson, Milton S. Baker of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a niece, Gean S. Daughtry of Melbourne, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. Donald J. Dunlap. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
