Albert L. Fulgham, 79, of the 3700 block of Wayne Circle, died Oct. 20, 1996, in his home.
Born in Smithfield, Va., he was the widower of Virginia H. Fulgham. Mr. Fulgham was a retired firefighter for N.O.B. with 31 years of service. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and the Norview Masonic Lodge (NU)113. Also he was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary F. Romualdo of Norfolk, Phyllis Benavidez of Casa Granda, Ariz.; a sister, Jessie F. Parker of Norfolk; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by Dr. John Mason. The family will receive friends at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Baptist Church. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
