A library card helped to lead police to a suspect who was arrested on indecent exposure charges.
A woman reported Chris D. Hicks, 37, was exposing himself in the Pasquotank-Camden Library Saturday. Hicks left the library before police could arrive but an assistant librarian turned over his library card.
The card had Hicks' address on it and an Elizabeth City policemen arrested him Sunday on the charge.
On Sept. 18, Hicks was convicted in Camden County District Court of four counts of indecent exposure. by CNB
