TWO DROWN

Seafood dealer Billy Smith, 67, owner of Luther Smith and Son, and his grandson, Kevin Daniels, 29, drowned when their boat capsized while they were fishing for mullet off Drum Inlet on Monday.

Smith was an activist in the seafood industry and a founding member of the North Carolina Fisheries Association.
