The replacement of the railroad track for Norfolk International Terminals will cause several closures on Diven Street and Ruthven Road between today and Nov. 4.:
Today, Diven Street and Ruthven Road at International Terminal Boulevard will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday through Sunday, Oct. 27, Diven Street at International Boulevard will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Sunday.
Friday, Nov.1 through Monday, Nov. 4, Ruthven Road at International Terminal Boulevard will be closed from 7 p.m. Nov. 1 through 3 p.m. Nov. 4.
