A town hall meeting on juvenile justice reforms will be held tonight at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Executive Center on Greenwich Road.
Panelists will include state Del. Jerrauld Jones, D-Norfolk, state Sen. Kenneth Stolle, R-Virginia Beach, Portsmouth Judge Alotha Willis and Patricia West, director of the state Department of Juvenile Justice.
