Plotline: Former FBI special agent Frank Black retires and then becomes part of the Millennium Group, made up of ex-law enforcement experts who band together to fight evil into the next century. Black has the gift to get inside the minds of bad guys he tracks.
Mini-review: Chris Carter, who created ``The X-Files'' four years ago, has another excellent dark drama here - well acted, well-produced, well-photographed. The images are sometimes stark and scary.
