I don't smoke but was outraged to hear the city of Norfolk wants to forbid its police, firefighters and paramedics from smoking. What is next, weekly blood tests to ensure they didn't eat too many fattening doughnuts? Or what about restricting coffee? We all know about the evils of caffeine.
While you're controlling these civil servants, why not monitor all movies and TV? Heaven knows we wouldn't want them influenced by sex and violence.
The big question is, how much closer are we going to let Big Brother get?
