Elizabeth McMorine Folk Campbell, 97, of the 200 block of W. Church St. died Friday, Oct. 25, 1996, in the Chowan Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility.
A native of Chowan County, Mrs. Campbell was a daughter of the late George P. and Kate Wood Folk and the wife of the late John A. Campbell Jr. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her cousins, the John Gilliam Wood family of Edenton; the John Wood Foreman family of Elizabeth City; and the Mrs. W. Trent Ragland family of Raleigh.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Beaver Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Joshua T. McKenzie. Memorials may be made to the St. Paul Episcopal Church, 101 W. Gale St., Edenton, N.C. 27932. Evans Funeral Home, Edenton, is in charge.
