Carlyle B. Robinson, 90, of the 2600 block of Ballentine Blvd. died Oct. 25, 1996, in a local hospital.
A native of Old South Norfolk, Mr. Robinson was a retired master electrician for Virginia Power with 33 years service. He was affiliated with Trinity Baptist Church and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Survivors include his wife, Alice F. Robinson; daughters, Anne E. Jolly of Chesapeake, Jean R. Allegood of Virginia Beach and Jacqueline C. Christensen of Virginia Beach; a son, Ward A. Goodrich of Virginia Beach; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and many friends. He was predeceased by a daughter, Marion G. Williams.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Riverside Memorial Park by Dr. John P. Mason. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
