Billy Lee Muncy, 61, of the 400 block of Dinwiddie St., died Oct. 25, 1996, in a local hospital.
A native of Lynchburg, Va., Mr. Muncy was an automobile tire recapper for Bob Ewell Tire Service. He was also a Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Hyacinth M. ``Cindy'' Muncy; daughters, Wanda G. Paulo and her husband, Thomas G., of Virginia Beach, and Brenda R. Almazan and her husband, Pete, of Stafford, Va.; an adopted daughter, Christine Caronan and her husband, Alex, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Sally Lou Bryant of Raysale, W.Va.; a brother, Donald Gene Muncy of Raysale; four grandchildren, Thomas and Michael Paulo and Alaina and Allan Almazan.
The family will receive friends in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, today from 7 to 8:30 p.m., after which the body will be shipped to Fanning Funeral Home, Iaeger, W.Va., for services and burial. Flowers may be sent to Fanning Funeral Home.
