Donald Owen Webb, the much loved husband of Carol Webb, died Saturday morning, Oct. 26, 1996, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Mr. Webb was a retired independent real estate consultant who specialized in resort and rural properties in the Virginia Beach area. He and his group developed the first oceanfront condominiums in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Anderton Webb; a daughter, Dorothy Parker Webb of Washington, D.C.; and a nephew, Beverly Webb of Richmond.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Charity Neck United Methodist Church, 4080 Charity Neck Road, Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Virginia Beach SPCA. Maestas Funeral Home is in charge.
