Lucie Lee Cross, 96, of the 1000 block of Myrtle St. died Oct. 26, 1996, in Parson's Residential Care Center.
A native of Nansemond County, she was a member of First Baptist Church, Suffolk. She was a retired office manager for Starkey-Matthew's.
She was predeceased by her parents, Pattie Lee Vaughan and James Irvin Cross, and a twin sister, Carrie Vaughan Cross. Survivors include cousins.
A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson. Family will greet friends after the service. Hill Funeral Home is in charge. Memorial donations to the Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1519, Suffolk, Va. 23439 are suggested.
