GUNMAN SOUGHT

Police released a description Saturday of a suspect wanted in connection with Thursday's murder of a teen-ager.

Teddy Wilson, 17, was found shot to death in the 2900 block of Mapleton Ave. about 7:30 p.m.

The suspect is described as black, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall with a thin moustache. At the time of the killing, he was wearing a red baseball cap, a red-and-black checkered shirt, blue jeans and black Reebok tennis shoes.

He fled in a burgundy, late-model Jeep Cherokee or Explorer. The vehicle had a Virginia license plate that included the number 17 in it. It was last seen heading north on Godfrey Avenue toward Princess Anne Road.
