Estella H. Blow, 92, of the 1500 block of Charleston Ave., died Oct. 24, 1996, in Maryview Hospital, Portsmouth.
A native of Bertie County, N.C., Mrs. Blow was the widow of Lawrence E. Blow Sr. and a member of Third Baptist Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include her daughters, Ora L. Leach of Baltimore, and Vivian B. Freeman, Alice J.B. Pierce, Mary E. Mixon and Carolyn B. Watts, all of Portsmouth; a son, Lawrence E. Blow Jr. of Portsmouth; two half-sisters and two half-brothers; 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends; a brother-in-law, Linwood R. Johnson; three sons-in-law; and one daughter-in-law.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Third Baptist Church by the Rev. Joe B. Fleming. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Viewing will be in Corprew Funeral Home, Portsmouth, at 2 p.m. today. The body will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. Tuesday. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
