Kasee Lamont Banks, 2, of the 600 block of Baker Road, died Oct. 26, 1996, in Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
Kasee was born in Philadelphia and attended Word of Truth Ministries.
Survivors include his mother, Nicol Banks of Virginia Beach, and his father, Miguel Walton; a grandparent, Starletta Banks of Virginia Beach; great-grandmother, Valarie Widgins of Virginia Beach; great-uncles, Duglas Harding of Virginia Beach and Lionel Widgins of Virginia Beach; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Greater Works Ministries, 4131 Nautilus Ave., Chesapeake, by Pastor Steve Peacock and Pastor Wiggins. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Serenity Funeral Home Inc., Portsmouth, is in charge.
