Susie Murray, 90, of the 2800 block of Woodland Ave., died Oct. 27, 1996.
A native of Hertford, N.C., Ms. Murray was a member of Woodland Avenue Baptist Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include her sister, Mary B. Sawyer of Inglewood, Calif.; three devoted great-nieces, Cheryl Wilson of Suffolk, Lea DeVore and Lois DeVore, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a devoted great-nephew, Claude Miller of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Woodland Avenue Baptist Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Serafio E. Fontanilla. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Pretlow and Sons' Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
