During the recent presidential debates, Senator Dole continously hammered away at President Clinton's character. This was even after his handlers obviously cautioned him against such an attack. Clinton politely stood back and grinned, fully aware that Dole was digging his own grave.
When will politicians wake up to the fact that negative campaigning turns the public off?
