Hunter H. Williams, formerly of Suffolk, died Oct. 29, 1996.
He was a member of Chamberlayne Heights United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Barbara Moore and husband, Harold, Carolyn Pendleton and husband, Marshall; a sister, Nannie Daniel; a brother, Landon Williams; three grandchildren, Billy, Jennifer and Jessica; and a great-grandson, Jacob.
The remains rest at the Mechanicsville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. today and where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
