DOWNTOWN STREETS CLOSING

Part of City Hall Avenue, between Bank Street and St. Paul's Boulevard, will be closed from Monday until Nov. 12 because of utility relocation for the MacArthur Center mall.

Motorists are asked to use the following detour: Bank Street to Plume Street to St. Paul's, or Monticello Avenue to Charlotte Street to St. Paul's. Motorists are asked to use caution.
