A man and a teenager have been charged in connection with the murder of David Semko, a Norfolk man who was shot to death Oct. 26 in the 9500 block of 26th Bay St.
Thursday night, police arrested 27-year-old Sidney K. Johnson, of the 8700 lock of O'Conner Crescent, and a 16-year-old.
Semko, 35, was shot about 1:20 a.m. just after he left his apartment. He died at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Homicide investigators R.L. Chupik and J.R. Malbon charged the suspects with capital murder, attempted robbery and using a firearm in a felony.
