Ellen Guerrant Barnes of Westminster-Canterbury House in Richmond died Nov. 1, 1996.
She is survived by two sons, the Rev. Daniel D. Dickenson Jr. of Norfolk and John Guerrant Dickenson of Danville, Va.; six grandchildren, including Daniel D. Dickenson III and Elizabeth Dickenson Swartley, both of Norfolk; and three grandchildren.
Services will be in Richmond and Danville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Westminster-Canterbury Fellowship Fund in Richmond or Sunnyside Retirement Communities, Harrisonburg, Va.
