Monica Latisa Hicklin, 16, of the 500 block of Tidewater Drive, died Oct. 30, 1996, in Lake Taylor. She was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include her mother, Cora M. Hicklin Jones; father, Julius Walker; a sister, Nicole Hicklin; two brothers, Keith Hicklin and Antione Hicklin of Norfolk; grandparents, Elder Thomas Hicklin and Jannett Hicklin of Spartanburg, S.C.; and a host of relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Roosevelt Memorial Park Cemetery, Chesapeake, by Elder Cherry. Viewing of the body will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in First Pentecostal United Holiness Church, 1134 Wilson Road, Norfolk. P.G. Thomasson Funeral Services Inc. is handling arrangements.
