A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of a Norfolk woman Saturday night.
Christopher A. Reid of the 7400 block of Hughart St. is facing murder and firearms charges for the slaying of Belinda R. Ison, 33.
Ison, of the 400 block of Eastchester St., was found there by police at 11:24 p.m. She had been shot.
Police have not determined the motive for the shooting and the investigation is ongoing.
