Francis M. Harrell, 70, of the 900 block of Centre Ave., died Nov. 3, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Born in Oak City, N.C., he was retired from the Naval Air Station. He was a member of New St. Thomas Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys L. Harrell; two daughters, Cynthia Harrell and Patricia Harrell; two sons, Wayne G. Harrell and Anthony L. Harrell; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in New St. Thomas Baptist Church by the Rev. Johnnie Drake. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. The body will be placed in church at 11 a.m. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
