Elsie May Heilig, of the 2000 block of Great Neck Circle, died Sunday Nov. 3, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Heilig was a member of Open Door Chapel for 20 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Gertrude Duke of Virginia Beach, Georgina Unser of Suffolk; a son, Charles E. Heilig of Chesapeake; a dearly beloved cousin, Mary Williams of Virginia Beach; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel. A church service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Open Door Chapel by Pastor Fritz Stegemann. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Mount Hope Cemetery in Aston, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Open Door Chapel.
