Edgar W. ``Eddy'' Dunagan, 54, died Nov. 9, 1996 at his residence.
He was a retired civil service worker, avid hunter, camper and fisherman. He was a wonderful Dad, PaPa and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Mr. Dunagan is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Dawni and Terrence McDevitt of Jacksonville, N.C.; a son, Edgar W. ``Woody'' Dunagan II of Virginia Beach; his life partner and friend, Donna Pohl of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Brelan and Landyn of Jacksonville, N.C.; four brothers; and two sisters.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel. A chapel service will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. The family welcomes flowers or donations made to Duke University for research of mesothelioma.
