MARTHA J. NASH

Martha J. Nash, of the 2800 block of Keller Ave., died Dec. 30, 1996, in her residence.

A native of Norfolk, she was a member of Messiah Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, and the usher board. She was a retired supply technician for Defense Distribution Depot after 16 years of service.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony Nash Sr.; a daughter, Almetea Nash of Norfolk; a son, Anthony Nash Jr. of Norfolk; mother, Mary Bryant Moore; two sisters, Clorah Mathews and Almetea Moore, both of Norfolk; three brothers, SFC Donnell Moore of Korea, SFC George Moore Jr. of Georgia and William Moore of Norfolk. She was preceded in death by her father, George E. Moore Sr.

A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Friday in Messiah Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. T. David Parham and Elder Frances Paige. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A wake service will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. today in Graves Funeral Home. The family will be at the residence the day of the service. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
