Linda Lee Gore, 39, of the 800 block of Mount Vernon Ave., died Dec. 28, 1996, in her residence. She was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include three daughters, Felicia Gore, Latarsha Gore, Shamika Gore, all of Portsmouth; two sons, Jamar Gore, Antawn Gore, all of Portsmouth; mother, Mary Ealey; a sister, Barbara Ealey of Portsmouth; five brothers, Thomas Gore of Sedelia, Mo., Jerome Gore of Suffolk, Michael Ealey of Portsmouth, Dwayne Ealey of Portsmouth, Johnnie Ealey of Norfolk; grandchildren, Paul Gore, Diamond Gore, Tashima Gore, all of Portsmouth; grandmother, Mattie Gore of Portsmouth; aunt, Bettie Fox of Portsmouth; an uncle, Johnnie Gore Jr. of Portsmouth; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Fourth Baptist Church, Portsmouth, by Pastor Charles Beamon. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Viewing will be from noon to 8 p.m. today. Family and friends will assemble at 837 Mount Vernon Ave., Portsmouth, for the procession to the church. Serenity Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
