Dorothy Edith Johns, 71, died Jan 1. 1997.
Born in Whitehall, Mich., she was the widow of Norman M. Johns.
Survivors include a daughter, Judy Tarjan of Norfolk; two sisters, Martha DeCair of Alabama, Anne Connor of Florida; three grandchildren, Gay Harris, Gabor Tarjan, both of Norfolk, John Tarjan of New Kent County, Va.; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Terry Beck. Family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today to receive friends.
