Nancy H. Catravas, 62, passed away Dec. 22, 1996, in a Maryland hospital.
A part-time resident of the Outer Banks, she worked at the courthouse in Manteo and at The Tranquil House Inn.
She is survived by her husband, George Catravas; her daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and Vic Berg; two grandsons, Jonathon and Stephan Monto; her son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Linda Donohue; and her son, Nikolas Catravas.
She was a fine lady and will be sorely missed by many. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 12 in the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church.
