Don Leroy Morris, 79, of the 4800 block of Kempsville Greens Parkway, died Jan. 2, 1997, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mr. Morris was born in Ogden, Utah, and was owner and operator of Morris Foods Limited.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth B. Morris; a daughter, Nancy Hiles of Zanesville, Ohio; a son, Don L. Morris Jr. of Grapevine, Texas; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Lottie Waters of Virginia Beach; and a niece, Lynne Eklund of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by the Rev. Paul D. Moore in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel is in charge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.
