ALICE H. ANDERSON

Alice H. Anderson, 86, of the 5900 block of Campbell St. died Jan. 2, 1997, in Maryview Hospital.

The widow of Percy Anderson and a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church, Mrs. Anderson was a member for more than 50 years and was a missionary. She was a member of Marion Chapter No. 109 Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her four daughters, Mary Butler, Betty Smith, Mildred Mills and Doris Anderson; nine sons, Percy Anderson Jr., Wiffen Anderson, Charlie Anderson, Willie Anderson, Robert Anderson, Joe L. Anderson, William Anderson, Junius Anderson and Billy Anderson; sister, Bessie Holley; brother, Willie Johnson; 39 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Grove Baptist Church by Elder Thad Brinkley. Burial will be in Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1:30 p.m. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge.
