Only a short while ago, the U.S. Postal Service said the cost of mail service must go up, or the quality of mail service will go down. Has anyone, besides me, noticed the number of advertisements for the U.S. Postal Service on television? Why are we, the paying customer, paying for television advertisements! It's not exactly a competitive market. Please give us, the public, a break.
