I am writing in response to the Dec. 28 Another View, ``Aren't 2,000-plus murdered clerks enough?'' It has heightened my awareness of a corporate system that is self-serving, primarily interested in increasing its profits and lacking sensitivity to meet just the safety needs of employees. Government intervention and regulation are necessary.
