Harry Clayton Sr. died Jan. 5, 1997, at the Lake Taylor Nursing Home.
Survivors include a brother, Paul A. Clayton, Clarksburg, W.Va.; a sister, Lelia McIntyre, Fairmont, W.Va.; two daughters, Janet Burnett of California and Christie Savigny of West Virginia.; two sons, Thomas Clayton of Mississippi and Harry R. Clayton Jr. of Norfolk.
He requested his body to be donated to medical science.
