LARRY MCGHEE

Larry ``Bay Bro'' McGhee, of the 1200 block of Underwood Ave., died Jan. 3, 1997, in his residence.

A retired educational specialist at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Washington, D.C., Mr. McGhee worked for the Department of Human Services' Commission on Mental Health Service Educational Training for 20 years.

A Norfolk native, Mr. McGhee is survived by his daughter, Courtnie Foreman of Norfolk; sister, Lynda McGhee of Norfolk; brother, Arthur McGhee Jr. of Norfolk; nephew, Shawn McGhee of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur McGhee Sr. and Dorothy B. McGhee.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Mount Lebanon Baptist Church by the Rev. Ronnie Joyner. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Friday. Graves Funeral Home is in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
