Rose Lee Jones, 83, of the 5900 block of W. Norfolk Road, died Jan. 9, 1997.
A Isle of White County native, she retired as management supervisor for the Seaboard Coastline Railroad and also worked for Churchland's Village Flower Shop. She was a member of Church Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Lillian Thomas and Andrew Irving Jones.
She is survived by several cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery by Dr. R. Clint Hopkins. The family will be at Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, from 4 to 5 p.m. today. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Churchland Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
