Louis Brown, 84, of the 100 block of Hatton St., died Jan. 6, 1997.
Survivors include his sister, Nannie Ruth Codrington of Alexandria, Va.; niece, Edith Smith of Kensington, Md.; and nephews, Edward J. Billups, Gregory Williams, both of Portsmouth, Ronald Taylor, Robert Taylor, both of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday in Fisher Funeral Home by the Rev. D. Stefan Adams.
