MARY M. POTTS

Mary Mott ``Polly'' Potts, 84, of Richmond and for the last year of the Lydia Roper Home, Norfolk, died Jan. 10. 1997.

A retired accountant clerk at Central Fidelity Bank, Richmond, with 40 years service, Ms. Potts was a native of Mount Mourne, N.C., and a member of Ginter Park United Methodist Church, Richmond. She also attended Park Place United Methodist Church, Norfolk.

Survivors include sister, Matilda ``Tillie'' Mott Liljegran of Portsmouth; brother-in-law, Ingvar Liljegran of Portsmouth; numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Chapel, by Dr. Francis E. Collins. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home an hour prior to the service time. Memorial donations may be made to the Ginter Park United Methodist Church, Richmond, Park Place United Methodist Church or to the charity of the donor's choice.
