Helen E. Jordan, 76, of the 100 block of Howe St. died Jan. 10, 1997, in a local hospital.
A Norfolk native, Mrs. Jordan was a member of Ocean View Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Maddray B. Jordan; daughter, Grace J. Deafenbaugh of Virginia Beach; son, John B. Jordan of Virginia Beach; brother, John F. Schragle of Norfolk; and three grandchildren, Jeanine Montgomery, and Tyler and Jordan Deafenbaugh.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Ocean View Baptist Church by the Rev. David N. Clay. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
