Ruth Virginia Williams, 92, of the 1300 block of W. Little Creek Road, died Jan. 15, 1997, in Chesapeake.
Born in Roanoke, Va., she was the widow of Herman C. Williams Sr. and was a member of Westminster Chapter (NU)99, Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include four sons, Herman C. Williams Jr., Jessie Buford Williams, Lindsey Thomas Williams, Herbert Edward Williams; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements.
