Daisy L. Gray, 82, of the 500 block of McCosh Drive died Jan. 16, 1997, in Norfolk.
A homemaker, Mrs. Gray was a native of Avon, N.C., and the widow of Clyde Ernest Gray Sr. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include three daughters, Joyce Gray Parsley of Virginia Beach, Virginia Gray Wilson of Norfolk and Mary Gray Maynor of Sparks, Nev.; two sons, Clyde E. Gray Jr. of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Ralph S. Gray of Chesapeake; 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by the Rev. Joseph L. Gwynn. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
