ROOM FOR HOMELESS

Since the city of Norfolk has to bail out Nauticus every year, why not take the taxpayers' money and turn Nauticus into a shelter for the homeless? If they need more space, they can always use the arena they want to build for the Rhinos, or even the MacArthur Center mall.
