Who needs a new arena for hockey? We already have one in Norfolk and one in Hampton.
Why not play the first and second periods in Norfolk. Call time. Put the refs and hockey players on a couple of buses, move over to Hampton and play the third period. Next time, reverse the process.
This way us dunned taxpayers wouldn't have to put up extortion money to finance a white elephant - sorry, white rhino.
